External service that provides climate forecast data consumed by the platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide climate forecast information from an external source
• Supply seasonal and sub-seasonal predictions

AgERA5

External gridded dataset of meteorological variables used by the spatial ETL.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily meteorological variables at high spatial resolution
• Support the ETL in generating spatial climate products

CHIRPS

External precipitation dataset used for spatial indicator calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide historical rainfall data at high resolution
• Support the spatial ETL in calculating precipitation indicators
